Frequently Asked Questions

Answer of your questions

What is Cold Pressed Oil?

Cold pressed oil is extracted using a mechanical process where oilseeds are crushed at low temperatures (generally room temperature) without the use of heat or chemicals. This method preserves the natural nutrients, flavors, and aromas of the oil, making it a healthier option compared to other extraction methods.

How is cold-pressed oil different from refined oil?

Cold pressed oil is extracted naturally without heat or chemicals, preserving its nutrients, antioxidants, and healthy fats.

Refined oil, on the other hand, is subjected to high heat, chemicals, and filtration to improve its shelf life and appearance, which can strip it of its natural nutrients and flavor.

What is wood pressed oil?

Wood pressed oil is most prominent method of cold pressed oil but is made using a traditional method where oilseeds are crushed by a wooden press (often a wooden Ghani / Lakdi Ghani) at room temperatures.

This process is slower and gentler, preserving the oil's natural nutrients, flavor, and aroma, yielding pure oil with no cholesterol
